The Hei-VAP Industrial large-scale rotary evaporator - has an automatic refill of the heating bath. Therefore the whole system can run continuously and unattended – even over night. The 20L amber flask protects valuable extracts from light-induced damage. Equipped with the high performance glassware, best separation and evaporation performances are guaranteed. The base cart makes your setup easily movable, which is of benefit for cleaning and maintenance.

The Hei-VOLUME Distimatic Pro automatic module - enables the automatic refill and drain of the rotation flask. Using overpressure instead of conventional chemical pumps reduces the condensate drain time by 83% and the residue drain time by 61%. The heated residue line ensures that even highly viscous plant extracts stay fluid, and omits the removal and handling of the rotational flask. Therefore, the risk of contamination and spilling of your valuable product is lowered.

The Hei-CHILL 5000 recirculating chiller with Kryo 30 coolant - providing optimal cooling capacity. The cooling system is digital and includes automatic compressor control. Fabric-reinforced tubing is supplied for best pressure resistance.

The Rotavac 20 vacuum pump - ensures quick evacuation times with a high suction capacity of 3.0 m³/h. Ultimate vacuum is achieved of 2 mbar while also coming equipped with a condenser integration. Any lost vapors will be collected to protect your vacuum pump. Highly resistant tubing for the vacuum connection is included. necessary
